Hello world!
Welcome to my new blog on changing my diet one day at a time. I’ll must tell you that I am not a vegan (yet), but I’m getting closer each day. This is for those of us who need gradual change in certain areas in our life. I must admit that I love food, but every thing that is good to us isn’t good for us. I have been reading, hearing and learning great things about the results of a vegan lifestyle. Is that the best for this sistah? Will I join the vegan bandwagon for life? Will I miss hot wings, tukey hot links, smothered chicken with onions, fried catfish???? Maybe I will! However, will I feel better by removing these things and others from my diet – according to what I am hearing and starting to learn for myself….YES I WILL! Let the transition begin!!!! I don’t need to label myself but I do believe that I will be empowered to make the best choice for my lifestyle and my body – that is very important. Come along for this ride
